Preparation and Transit
After payment and required checks, order preparation normally takes 2β4 business days. Busy periods may extend preparation to 5 business days. Standard delivery to supported U.S. addresses is estimated at 10β15 business days in transit after dispatch. Add preparation time to transit time when planning your purchase. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays.
Delivery Options and Charges
Checkout shows the services and prices offered for your destination. A destination without an available shipping option may not be supported. Delivery outside the U.S., remote locations and special address types depend on the services available for the order.
Shipment Information
Available tracking details will be sent using the contact information supplied for the order. Label creation can precede the carrier's first scan. Items may travel in separate parcels. The dispatch location may differ from our business address.
Address Accuracy
Check your complete address before payment. Email service@xvqzjm.com immediately if a correction is needed. We will check whether the parcel can still be redirected or the order changed. Customer-caused address errors may result in reasonable additional delivery costs, disclosed before a reshipment is arranged.
Delays and Missing Parcels
Estimated dates can change because of customs, weather or carrier disruption. If delivery appears overdue, send us your order number. If a delivered parcel is missing, check safe places, building reception and household members, then contact us. We will investigate; a delivery scan alone does not exclude review of a claim. A confirmed fulfillment failure will receive an appropriate remedy under applicable law.
Damage or Missing Items
Report an issue promptly and keep the item and packaging. Send available photos and your order number. We will arrange an appropriate solution for a confirmed issue caused by us without additional costs arising from that error.
Import Charges
