Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Voluntary Return Window

Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing service@xvqzjm.com. Include the order number, item and reason. The item should be unused, unaltered and complete, with its included components and original packaging where reasonably possible. Opening the shipping parcel for inspection does not alone make an item ineligible.

Product Condition

Please inspect bags, stationery accessories, room organizers, aprons and hats carefully. Use, washing, staining, alteration or damage after delivery can affect eligibility for a voluntary return. Check the measurements before using or installing an item. A substantial difference from the stated specifications may be a product problem rather than a change of mind.

Return Instructions

Ask support for the correct return destination and packing requirements before shipping. Do not automatically send parcels to the business address. Use trackable shipping and keep your receipt until the return is completed.

Postage and Fees

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Original shipping charges are not refunded for those returns except where required by law. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. For a confirmed product defect or fulfillment error caused by us, we cover the necessary costs of the appropriate remedy.

Exceptions

Items personalized or made to your specifications, and items clearly marked before purchase as final sale, may be excluded from voluntary returns. A normal discount does not by itself make an item final sale. These exceptions do not remove mandatory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Tell us promptly about a damaged, incomplete, incorrect or materially misdescribed item. Provide your order number, a description and available photos. We will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. If you believe a product is unsafe, stop using it and contact us. The voluntary return deadline does not shorten statutory rights.

Refund Timing

After an approved return is received, inspected and accepted, we initiate the eligible refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on stock and may require an approved return followed by a new purchase. Send cancellation requests as soon as possible; we will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee. After shipment, the return procedure may apply.

Your Statutory Rights

This voluntary policy supplements rights under applicable consumer law. Mandatory withdrawal, repair, replacement, delivery or refund rights take priority where they conflict with a term here.
